Loved how fairly clean the place was. Efficient staff made sure we had a wonderful stay for family vacation. Pool was nice. Location was marvellous, not too far from a modern tower...

Great location. Great service. Staff, especially Amy and Don are great. Very warm and friendly. Stayed in their 3-bedroom apartments. Highly recommended for family with young children and extended family.

The staff made a conscious effort to ensure we do not get lost by sending an email a day before.. As well as sending an sms on the day itself... Checking in n out was a breeze... The rooms are very clean n comfy... Toilets are also very clean.. Everything is working perfectly... Have no complaints about the maintenance of the apartment.. Definitely feels like home away from home..

Although the location is near the city center, there is no pedestrian link bridge or proper traffic light for pedestrians to cross the road to mahkota parade mall etc... It can be quite dangerous for family with little children... Driving in city center is not an option due to the very heavy traffic esp during weekends... A five minutes drive can be 30 minutes...

Renovation is new, nice location near the historic place and shopping centre.

Nil..but it will be nice if the apt vould provide individual iron board in every unit.

Hard to find as a separate business within a hotel. No lobby, for example.

Spacious apartment,centrally located to all food and shopping centers. friendly and helpful staffs, Don & Ivy!

The apartment is spacious. It has a queen soccer sofa bed. We can watch tv while lying on the sofa bed. We could also use many of it's facilities such as the swimming pool, the mini golf, ping pong tables, nursery room etc.

Not many public transports pass by. It will be difficult to drive when we're unfamiliar with the routes. No microwave available although the photos show there were.

The layout and the facilities. The apartment is clean.

The toilet. The water being stuck in the wash room. Should provide the kettle.

Convenience to tourist attractions. Comfort Swimming pool is lovely Friendly and helpful staff Compliments to Donny for professionalism and prompt response to requests.

We had an awesome time over there spent with friends. Mr.Donny was absolutely an awesome person to deal with. He was Indeed very friendly, and helpful at most times. I find him absolutely patient and kept his genuine smile as we were late 1 hour! I will be coming back with my whole family another time, and most certainly he will get my call directly.
